Point Styles - Partial List
There are many thousands of identified point styles here in North America. This page is
representative of but a few of these. Feel free to submit requests for any point style you
wish. Also keep in mind that these sketches are rough field drawings and do not represent
the "ideal" of the point indicated. These points roughly follow the progression of point
styles from the Clovis through more modern metal points. There are many regional point
styles and widely used points not represented here. A complete list of point styles is not in
the scope of this page. Nor is a complete list available anywhere.
